Couch to 5K: Week 4

Week 4 began today.

I debated repeating a W3 workout and starting W4 on Monday (because I do the workouts more than 3x a week, I usually repeat one or two before moving into the next week’s workouts, for a total of 4 or 5 runs a week, every week). However I decided to forge ahead.

Feeling a little hopped up on adrenaline after an emergency vet appointment for Tag this morning (he’ll be fine, I think; just had a bad reaction to a shot), I thought I’d give week 4 a try.

It’s definitely a change from other weeks — much more running, but I felt surprisingly comfortable! There were times I wanted to stop, but didn’t. I’m pleased about it.

Like I’ve said, I kinda keep wondering when the other shoe will drop — when I’ll NEED a break instead of just wanting one, etc. That day has not come yet.

Week 4, prepare to be owned.
