I am not lying: This was the best oatmeal I’ve ever had.
What You’ll Need:
2 Apples, sliced
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 cups oats
4 cups water
What To Do:
Slice apples. Put them in a crock pot on the bottom.
On top of the apples, layer the oats and then the brown sugar.
Leave in crockpot on LOW, overnight, for 8-9 hours.
ENJOY, because it’s DELICIOUS.
Note: For a WW-friendly version, I plan to use Brown Sugar Splenda. When I worked out the points, if you divide this mixture into six small servings, the servings are 4 PP each. If you divide it into 4 servings, it’s 7PP each. 2 servings becomes 10PP each.
