Couch to 5K Update

In case anybody has been wondering — I’ve been super sick since Friday. I ran last Tuesday-Friday every single day, staying on the treadmill for 30-40 minutes each time. Walk/jog, etc. 

Saturday we were in Scranton so I took the day off. Sunday, we were back in town but I felt crappy still — congestion and fatigue and now, cold sores too. Today, I’m home sick from work and I’m unsure if I’ll make it to the treadmill today.

Truly, it’s not that I don’t want to. I was DILIGENT last week. But I’m feeling pretty crappy and tired so we’ll see.

Don’t worry, though; I’m not losing my resolve! I’m in it to win it. I just don’t want to push too hard and make things worse. Better to be well sooner and get back to business then!

    1. Thanks, me too! It’s one of those annoying colds where I can’t taste anything and can’t get comfortable. 😦 I think it’s ending though!
